Refunds and Exchange
We strictly do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items. This is because all orders are made to order and handmade strictly for you. We will only offer an exchange if for any reason a mistake has been made on my behalf, for example a spelling mistake. If you have made the spelling mistake which can be seen in your order notes, you will not be given the option to return or exchange an item so please double check your order before completing your purchase.
Shipping
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail or EVRI. All orders are tracked via GPS location service. If your order has been marked as delivered with the proof from either tracking service, and you have not received your item, a case will be opened with either postal service. This also includes your ‘safe space’ options. We will not issue a refund until either parties have found out what has happened to your parcel.
If you order for express guaranteed delivery, and you are not home at the time of delivery or miss your delivery, we do not take any responsibility. You will have to organise the best time slot available for delivery with the postal service.
